3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount through each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Amounts below this are not accepted and the transaction will be cancelled automatically.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. It is not possible to withdraw directly from the bonus before the wagering requirement is completed.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically once the period expires.
• Winnings earned using a bonus are withdrawable, subject to the wagering conditions being met.
• Taking advantage of the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

bestbd's VIP program has 5 tiers — each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Use of Gaming Services

All games available on the bestbd platform (cricket betting, slots, live casino, Dragon Tiger, Monster Dice, and others) are for entertainment purposes only. There is no guarantee of financial gain from participating in any game.

5.2 Rules for Placing Bets

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts depend on the specific game or event.
• Bets placed during a technical error may be considered void.
• Bets placed after a betting market has closed are not accepted.

5.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, etc.), and other sporting events:

• The official result of the match will be considered final.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bestbd's discretionary policy will apply.
• Odds may change during live betting and this is normal.
